How bad are the STDs in your neck of the woods?
Forget all those other pesky metrics that compare your city to others across the U.S.; what you really want to know is how good your hometown is at spreading communicable sexual diseases.
RentApplication.com recently created a map of the U.S. which highlights the rate of syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia per capita so you can see which cities are slutting it up without a condom. All the data is from the CDC for 2013.
Cities in the South, such as Montgomery, Alabama, and Richmond, Virginia, have much higher STD rates while big, liberal cities like Seattle come in lower on the list.
At 651 per 100,000 people, STD rates in Los Angeles are lower than New York (856 per 100,000), proving that big cities in the West believe in "no glove, no love." Chicago came out worse than both at 876 per 100,000.
